Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections across the Company’s various departments and monitoring their compliance with legislation and internal regulations;
- Monitoring the Company’s operations;
- Verifying the compliance of operations with legislation and internal regulations and taking measures to address identified errors;
- Ensuring the Company’s activities comply with legislation as well as internal rules and procedures;
- Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports on violations;
- Developing and implementing new tools and mechanisms to strengthen the control process;
- Conducting and improving analyses in accordance with international control standards, legislation, and internal company rules;
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to the internal control function.
- Higher education (Economics, Finance, Management, or Law);
- 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani;
- Good command of at least one of the following languages: English or Russian;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
