Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Undergoing accreditation in accordance with the legislation, if necessary, to obtain the relevant professional certification
Adhering to the company’s work principles and complying with attendance and labor discipline requirements
Performing duties in accordance with the existing Charter, internal procedures, and company rules, without exceeding the scope of responsibilities and authorities
Submitting reports to management on the status of the Department’s ongoing tasks and providing relevant suggestions for improving the work
Ensuring, coordinating, and monitoring the proper recording of all conducted transactions (account openings, settlements, execution of client instructions, dealing, etc.) in the internal accounting system
Guaranteeing the proper storage of operational documents
Ensuring the accuracy of client reports and the accounting system, including regularly verifying their reconciliation
Monitoring all accounts opened for the provided services
Coordinating and managing communication with relevant counterparties, including regulatory authorities, in accordance with the service area
Regularly verifying the accuracy of data in the accounting system through reconciliations
Participating in the relevant area of work within various employee groups
Providing relevant suggestions for improving the work
Opening accounts in the relevant operational systems and platforms
Executing securities transactions in the depository system
Storing operational documents in accordance with internal procedures
Preparing and submitting client reports.
Requirements:
Higher education in economics
Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field
Knowledge of the fundamentals of investment activities and economic theory
Negotiation skills and experience in resolving problematic situations
Understanding of corporate behavioral norms
Fluent in Azerbaijani
Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively within a team
Ability to analyze information and complete tasks using provided materials
Ability to work within a team and take initiative
Knowledge of Central Bank regulatory requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others).
