Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- To draft agreements (including amendments and addenda) to be executed on behalf of the Company, as well as to review and conduct legal examination of documents submitted by structural divisions (various types of contracts, their annexes, delivery-acceptance acts);
- To draft all types of documents required in connection with the Company’s activities (orders, resolutions, regulations, acts, minutes);
- To respond to inquiries from the Company’s structural divisions regarding legal compliance matters;
- To prepare legal opinions and assessments on legal issues arising in the Company’s activities, as well as to draft inquiries to the relevant state authorities (institutions) regarding conflicting provisions in the legislation;
- To provide opinions on legal matters arising in the course of reviewing complaints submitted by individuals;
- To participate in the preparation of proposals and provision of opinions regarding draft laws and other legal acts received from the Central Bank and other authoritiesс;
- To prepare the required documents for the establishment of branches, representative offices, and subsidiary legal entities, and to submit them to the relevant state authority;
- To participate in ensuring the protection of the Company’s rights and legitimate interests in its relations with clients, partners, supervisory authorities, and other parties;
- To regularly monitor the securities market legislation, as well as amendments and additions to the related legal framework;
- To perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in accordance with the position.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Law or International Law;
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the specialty;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, including professional legal writing skills;
- Good command of English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00;
- Voluntary medical insurance provided by the Company.
