Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs, gather, analyze, and align requirements with relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare, document, and maintain business and functional requirements, ensuring their accuracy and relevance;
- Prepare User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, As-Is / To-Be process documentation, and other business analysis artifacts;
- Analyze existing business processes, identify issues and inefficiencies, and propose improvement opportunities;
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and accurate translation of requirements;
- Manage requirement changes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Collaborate with the project team to validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements;
- Support the preparation of test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Model business processes and develop process flow diagrams;
- Prepare and manage project and product documentation;
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role;
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
- Knowledge of preparing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and business processes;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Ability to work with BPMN, Flowchart, or other process modeling tools;
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis skills;
- Ability to work with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools;
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, with advanced written and verbal proficiency in English and Russian (mandatory).
