Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the installation, configuration, and uninterrupted operation of the Company’s server and network infrastructure;
- Proactively monitor server services and network equipment for malfunctions, perform diagnostics, and assist in prompt issue resolution; escalate matters to the relevant functions—such as DB Admin, NetAdmin, SysAdmin, Infosec, or IT teams—when necessary, and oversee their resolution;
- Analyze technical issues affecting business-critical services and coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve them;
- Design, test, and ensure the reliable and secure operation of backup strategies, load balancing, file servers, virtualization, and other core services; regularly test recovery scenarios;
- Timely receive, prioritize, and resolve IT requests from Company employees (hardware, connectivity, printers/scanners, software, etc.), ensuring user satisfaction;
- Maintain a complete inventory of IT equipment (laptops, PCs, monitors, docking stations, peripherals, etc.), and keep handover records and serial numbers up to date in the electronic system;
- Support the implementation of information security policies (e.g., Acceptable Use, Clean Desk, Phishing Awareness, Remote Work, etc.);
- Manage access permissions, monitor logs, antivirus, and EDR solutions to ensure network and system security, and promptly identify and mitigate risks
- Analyze the Company’s technological needs, conduct market research on new hardware and software, select the optimal price-quality balance, and manage the procurement process;
- Prepare and maintain documentation, procedures, and guidelines for all IT changes, incidents, and assets, ensuring they are regularly updated and compliant with audit requirements;
- Participate in e-commerce and other new product/service projects from the IT side, support pilot testing, monitor system stability and SLA/KPI metrics, and provide periodic reports to management;
- Ensure compliance with the protection of commercial confidentiality;
- Safeguard and properly maintain Company property directly assigned to them;
- Develop proposals to improve service quality and submit them to management for review;
- Carry out duties in accordance with the current Charter, internal procedures, and company policies, without exceeding the scope of assigned responsibilities and authority;
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in network and server administration, system security, and programming
- Strong knowledge of network devices, systems, and servers
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
- Knowledge of network security and encryption protocols.
