Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and strategy, align them with key stakeholders, and ensure their effective execution;
- Create, structure, and prioritize the product backlog;
- Gather and analyze business requirements and clearly communicate them to the technical team;
- Collaborate closely with the Agile/Scrum team on a daily basis;
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospective meetings;
- Plan and manage product releases;
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback and user behavior insights into product decisions;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis;
- Oversee the timely and budget-aligned delivery of the project;
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager;
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools;
- Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles is an advantage;
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and project activities effectively;
- Ability to accurately define business requirements and clearly communicate them to the team;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
