Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Obtain the relevant professional certification through the legally required accreditation process, as and when required;
- If holding the relevant professional certification, accept client orders within the scope of the assigned authority;
- Ensure that clients are properly informed;
- Prepare reports on clients’ assets and the investment services (transactions) they have carried out;
- Submit relevant reports and proposals to management;
- Respond to incoming client calls and assist in investigating and resolving issues;
- Develop proposals to enhance client service quality and submit them to management for review;
- Prepare analytical reports and insights on clients;
- Adhere to the company's work principles, attendance requirements, and workplace discipline standards;
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services;
- Perform duties in accordance with the current Charter, internal procedures, and company policies, without exceeding the scope of assigned responsibilities and authority;
- Within the scope of authority, assist in responding to client inquiries;
- Participate in relevant functional working groups;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Possession of the required regulatory certificate/license related to the role;
- Knowledge of all types of the Company’s products and services;
- Understanding of investment operations and basic economic theory;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in resolving complex situations;
- Knowledge of corporate conduct standards;
- Familiarity with internal company procedures and supervisory authority directives;
- Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook; internet usage);
- Fluent in Azerbaijani;
- Intermediate English and basic Russian language skills;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
