Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, coordination, and ensuring accountability for the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan and annual action plan;
- Organization of the creation, evaluation, standardization, and improvement of business processes, including their digitalization/automation;
- Monitoring significant changes related to the area of activity and informing the relevant departments;
- Preparing and submitting necessary reports in accordance with the guidelines;
- Ensuring access permissions to the internal accounting system and imposing restrictions on access rights as necessary;
- Participating in the development of business processes relevant to the area of activity and providing suggestions for their improvement;
- Performing duties in accordance with the existing Charter, internal procedures, and regulations, without exceeding the scope of responsibilities and authorities;
- Ensuring the protection and proper maintenance of the office space and other property allocated to the Department by the Company, as well as any Company-owned assets directly assigned to it;
- Taking measures to identify, manage, and prevent potential conflicts of interest with relevant parties in connection with the organization of the Department’s activities;
- Organizing the electronic record-keeping of the Department’s activities and archiving information that may be considered significant based on objective assessments;
- Providing suggestions for improvements and optimization of the Department’s activities;
- Organizing the review and response process for inquiries, complaints, and letters related to the Department’s area of authority;
- Carrying out other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in management;
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with clear and effective communication abilities;
- Proficiency in drafting business documents and practical knowledge of local civil legislation;
- In-depth knowledge of all types of the company’s products and services;
- Understanding of investment activities and basic economic theory;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in resolving complex situations;
- Knowledge of corporate ethics and professional conduct standards;
- Familiarity with internal company procedures and supervisory authority guidelines;
- Proficient computer skills (Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet);
- Familiarity with MS Visio, ERP systems, and project management tools;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani;
- Knowledge of English or Russian is mandatory.
