Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with structural units, clients, and other relevant counterparties regarding the tasks assigned within the scope of authority;
- Providing suggestions for the development and improvement of the company’s standards and rules for the “Margin Trading” service;
- Submitting relevant analytical reports and recommendations to management;
- Analyzing financial markets and current economic trends;
- Preparing analytical data on the client base and activity;
- Monitoring all accounts opened under the service;
- Ensuring the accuracy of client reports and the accounting system, including regularly verifying their consistency;
- Determining acceptable risk boundaries in the course of operations and maintaining continuous oversight of the risk level;
- Identifying and analyzing the current needs of clients engaged in margin trading;
- In coordination with other company departments, providing suggestions for the development and improvement of mechanisms to identify and attract potential groups interested in margin trading;
- Carrying out other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in economics, finance, or mathematics);
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the financial sector;
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with clear and effective communication abilities;
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of investment activities and economic theory;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in resolving complex situations;
- Knowledge of corporate ethics and professional conduct standards;
- Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook;
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and intermediate knowledge of English;
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
