Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the sale of the Company’s products and services designed for retail clients;
- Shaping a positive corporate image of the Company in front of its clients;
- Organizing the response to client inquiries through the Company’s relevant departments;
- Researching the retail client market, gathering information on new products, and providing appropriate new recommendations;
- Evaluating the market relevance of existing product and service terms and preparing proposals for launching new campaigns based on demand to present to Management;
- Conducting direct sales processes to retail clients;
- Tracking the allocation of acquired clients across service points and ensuring the successful completion of services;
- Entering client information into the internal electronic database;
- Participating in workgroups related to the area of activit.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics;
- Up to 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of all types of the company’s products and services;
- Understanding of the fundamentals of investment activities and economic theory.
