Requirements and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- To prepare prospectuses for the issuance of securities and other documents required by applicable legislation;
- To coordinate the required documentation for the issuance of securities with the relevant authorities and carry out the necessary procedures for state registration of the issuance;
- To communicate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other relevant counterparties in accordance with the scope of services;
- To conduct negotiations with existing and potential clients on the registration, listing, and placement of securities, including related legal matters;
- To monitor amendments and changes to legislation, inform the relevant departments, and prepare corresponding revisions to related documentation;
- To prepare and duly submit the necessary documentation for the listing and/or admission to trading of securities on the stock exchange or relevant trading platforms;
- To prepare contractual documentation for clients;
- To perform reconciliations in accordance with established procedures to ensure the accuracy of client reports and accounting records.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Law or Economics (relevant legal experience is a plus);
- Possession of the necessary regulatory certificate related to the performed duties;
- At least 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate law or securities underwriting;
- Demonstrated practical skills in drafting business documents, conducting legal reviews, and applying local civil legislation;
- Basic understanding of financial reporting;
- Ability to conduct sectoral analysis;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services;
- Understanding of the fundamentals of investment activities and economic theory.
