Positive feedback from the Central Bank: Unicapital’s innovative product passes testing successfully

The pilot phase of the “Cryptobroker Platform” developed by Unicapital Investment Company OJSC has been successfully completed. Implemented within the first stage of the The Regulatory Sandbox regime introduced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the project offered a new financial solution for the purchase, sale, and custody of virtual assets to a limited group of users.

The trial period ran from 9 December 2024 to 9 June 2025. During this time, the platform enabled users to:

• Conduct easy and secure transactions with virtual financial assets;
• Store their financial assets;
• Access a live price tracking feature

The “Cryptobroker Platform” works exclusively with licensed and regulated service providers, ensuring that users’ transactions are carried out in accordance with the highest security standards.

The results of the trial phase were deemed successful by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the platform’s trial period has been extended by an additional six months.
