Unicapital actively participated in the Azerbaijan Financial Forum

On February 14, Unicapital participated in the "Azerbaijan Financial Forum", demonstrating its support for the digital transformation of the investment sector.

At the forum's panel titled "A New Era in Azerbaijan's Capital Market: IPOs, Digitalization, and Human Capital", Unicapital's General Director, Vugar Namazov, participated as a speaker, while Unicapital's Director, Talat Kalayev, acted as the moderator.

In his speech, V. Namazov emphasized the importance of digital transformation in the capital market and discussed the advantages of direct access to financial instruments.

The event was organized by the Azerbaijan Banks Association, Azerbaijan Microfinance Association, Azerbaijan Insurers Association, Azerbaijan Fintech Association, and Azerbaijan Capital Market Participants Association.

The forum, aimed at developing the country's financial sector, successfully brought together sector leaders, heads of business and public organizations, and experts.

It is worth noting that the statutory capital of "Unicapital Investment Company" OJSC is fully owned by "Unibank OJSC". Since 2007, the company has been a professional participant in the capital market and the first and longest-standing member of the Baku Stock Exchange.
