Unicapital Becomes the First Investment Company to Sign the UN Women's Empowerment Principles

Unicapital Investment Company OJSC has become the first investment company in Azerbaijan to sign the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
Established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact, the WEPs provide a global framework for advancing women's economic empowerment, promoting equal opportunities in the workplace, and fostering inclusive corporate cultures.
Unicapital's commitment to the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) further reflects the company's dedication to corporate social responsibility and to fostering equal opportunities for its employees.
Commenting on the initiative, Elmira Garibova, Director of Unicapital Investment Company, said:
