Unicapital has signed a cooperation agreement regarding the placement of PASHA Bank shares in the Initial Public Offering

On March 11, 2026, Unicapital Investment Company, PAŞA Bank, one of the country’s leading corporate finance institutions, PAŞA Kapital Investment Company, and ABB Invest came together for the signing of cooperation agreements.

The signed agreements aim to expand investor participation opportunities in the placement of shares as part of PAŞA Bank’s planned Initial Public Offering (IPO). Under the agreement, investors will be able to purchase the bank’s shares conveniently and entirely online through the partner investment companies.

Within the framework of this cooperation, Unicapital Investment Company will play an active role in facilitating investors’ access to the IPO process.

It should be noted that, as part of the IPO, the Bank plans to offer 5% of its shares to investors. This will mark the first IPO in the Azerbaijani market conducted by a privately owned bank and a private company.

It is worth noting that the charter capital of Unicapital Investment Company OJSC is 100% owned by Unibank CB OJSC.
