Unicapital is underwriting Embafinans bonds with an annual return of 12.5%

An auction of Embafinans bonds will be held with underwriting support from Unicapital Investment Company.

The placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary, registered bonds with a maturity period of 12 months, a nominal value of 1 000 AZN, and a total volume of 2 000 000 AZN will take place at the Baku Stock Exchange through a single-price auction method (at nominal value).

The bond's annual interest rate is 12.5%, with interest payments made every 3 months.
