Unicapital Investment Company Announces Its 2025 Financial Results

“Unicapital Investment Company” OJSC concluded 2025 with strategic transformation, revenue growth, and a significant strengthening of its risk position. During the reporting period, the Company’s total operating turnover across all business segments increased by 60.3% year-on-year, reaching AZN 48.1 billion. The number of client accounts also grew, exceeding 1.264 million.
These results reflect a substantial expansion in the Company’s operational scale, client activity, and market presence.
As of year-end 2025, the Company’s total non-interest income increased to AZN 3.376 million, underscoring the growth in business volumes across its core operating segments.
During the reporting period, Unicapital Investment Company took significant steps to strengthen its operational and institutional resilience. The Company continued to invest in the enhancement of its compliance and risk management frameworks, the improvement of corporate governance standards, the development of its digital infrastructure, and the implementation of new technological solutions.
At the same time, the Company significantly reduced its liabilities as part of its efforts to optimize its risk profile and strengthen its financial stability. During 2025, total liabilities declined by more than half, falling from AZN 19.1 million to AZN 6.6 million compared to the previous year. In particular, the settlement of repo-related borrowings contributed positively to the improvement of the Company’s liquidity position and risk metrics.
In addition, the Company closed the reporting year with a net profit of AZN 285 thousand and fulfilled its obligations to shareholders by distributing dividends totaling AZN 400 thousand during the reporting period.
In 2025, Unicapital continued its investments aimed at the development of its technological and operational infrastructure. Within this framework, investments in intangible assets and technological solutions increased significantly.
The Company’s capital increased by 17.2%, reaching AZN 1.942 million, and Unicapital will continue to focus on expanding its capital markets operations, enhancing client services, implementing digital solutions, and strengthening institutional governance in the coming period.
It should be noted that 100% of the charter capital of “Unicapital Investment Company” OJSC is owned by “Unibank” CB OJSC.
