Unicapital organized a seminar dedicated to gender equality for its employees

On the eve of March 8 – International Women's Day, Unicapital Investment Company organized a seminar dedicated to the topic of “Gender Equality” to support the professional and social development of its employees. Held on March 6, the event took place as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its corporate culture and promote an inclusive work environment.

As part of the seminar, participants discussed topics such as gender indicators in Azerbaijan’s financial sector, global statistics, gender balance in leadership and management, as well as modern recruitment trends. The training combined practical insights with collaborative discussions, fostering meaningful dialogue and active engagement among participants.

The training was delivered by Nigar Safarova, a lecturer at Baku State University. Since 2012, she has been working as an independent expert in the field of human rights, particularly women’s rights, and has been actively involved in various awareness-raising initiatives promoting gender equality.
