Unicapital Strengthens Its Market Position as Total Transaction Volume Rises More Than Threefold

Unicapital Investment Company OJSC has strengthened its position in the capital market, bringing its total transaction volume to AZN 5.65 billion.

According to statistics released by the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for January–September 2026, Unicapital’s total transaction volume increased 3.2-fold compared to the same period last year. The growth was primarily driven by an expansion in REPO transactions.

This result placed Unicapital among the top three BSE members by total transaction volume.

It should be noted that Unicapital’s charter capital is 100% owned by Unibank Commercial Bank OJSC. Since 2007, the company has been a professional participant in the securities market and is the first and longest-standing member of the Baku Stock Exchange. Today, Unicapital serves more than 1,000,000 clients.
