Unicapital on the rise: net profit increases by 55%

Unicapital, one of Azerbaijan’s leading investment companies, closed 2024 with significant financial achievements. The company increased its annual revenue by 38% compared to the previous year, reaching 4.47 million manats. The additional revenue of 1.242 million manats demonstrates that Unicapital has strengthened its position in the market.

The development is evident not only in revenue figures but also in net profit. In 2024, Unicapital’s net profit increased by 55% to 346,000 manats.

The company’s strong financial performance is a direct result of the innovative initiatives implemented in 2024. Specifically:

• UForex introduced the Online Account Opening function. This enabled traders to activate their accounts in just a few minutes without any time or location restrictions. Additionally, a Personal Cabinet was made available to every investor.
• To make investing more convenient and accessible, the UTrader platform was integrated with the Baku Stock Exchange. As a result of this step, it became possible to purchase shares of local companies traded on the Baku Stock Exchange through the UTrader platform.
• Unicapital became the first in the country to launch a bond issuance aligned with international green finance standards. This step reflects the company’s commitment to both sustainable investment principles and environmental responsibility.

The current results are just the beginning of long-term plans. The strategic actions for the next phases have already been developed. Expanding access to financial resources for the real sector and further developing the local corporate securities market emerge as key priorities.
